One of the leading music programs in the U.S., the USC Thornton School of Music has been a celebrated innovator in arts education, as well as digital marketing and outreach. For three years, I led the organization’s website, digital platforms, and design operations, working closely with university administrators, faculty, and students.

With literally hundreds of concerts and events produced on campus each year, I was tasked with getting the word out. The solution? An events digest that I produced and distributed across the city each week.
In addition to managing the school’s website and social platforms, I designed a custom email template to showcase feature articles, news stories, and events, for some 30,000 weekly followers.
As a former cellist, I was thrilled to assist with marketing and design for the 2019 Piatigorsky International Cello Festival, a gathering of hundreds of renowned musicians. With dozens of events, concerts, and masterclasses, the festival required an ambitious slate of digital and print marketing assets.
The USC Thornton School of Music was a trendsetter in digital campus marketing, working with Hubspot and Salesforce to develop a robust inbound strategy. Our content-rich campaigns drew significant increases in engagement across all target audiences.
